Creative Thinking

These activities are appropriate for all ages, including adults.

  • Make a list of everyday, mundane items and think of magical uses for them. These items can be anything from televisions, to tools, to objects found in nature. This is something you can keep for future reference, so you might want to use a notebook or journal for your ideas.
  • Come up with poems, stories, drawings, or collages that contain ideas you’d like to see come to fruition in the future. ¬†You can use old magazines or catalogs to cut images from; stickers, bits of fabric, or any small craft items can work as well. Your ideas can be of a personal nature, or something on a worldwide scale.
